AI for your customers

- On your Flyncs website: built into the simple site Flyncs gives your business.
- By your team: add a booking yourself, for a phone call or a walk-in, and send the confirmation in one click.
- Chat Assistant. A chat on your website that answers customers’ questions from the documents you give it: your prices, FAQs, policies and opening hours. If the answer isn’t there, it says so and points them to you rather than guessing. It sees only what you give it.
- Knowledge Search. A search box for your website that finds answers in your own information, so customers and visitors find what they need without waiting for a reply.

Example: an accountant and her clients
Maria is an independent bookkeeper with twelve small clients: a bakery, two contractors, a dental clinic and others. Until now, her month meant chasing paper. Receipts arrived as photos in text messages, invoices sat in email, and she retyped it all.
With Flyncs, each client is set up as its own business, kept completely separate from the others, and Maria moves between them from one login. Her clients take a photo of an invoice or receipt on their phone and it goes straight into their books. AI reads it, creates the vendor and the bill, and it’s waiting for Maria’s review. She doesn’t type the details in.
At month-end she opens each client, checks the entries, reconciles the bank transactions and reviews the Profit & Loss. The clients see the same numbers she does, and she spends her time advising them instead of keying data.
